Mission:
To provide positive and enriching early learning experiences building a stronger academic, social, & emotional foundation for children up to age 6.
Vision:
Success By 6 envisions a community where all children have access to early education regardless of economic status.
Since 2015, the Success By 6 program has been granting scholarships to our earliest learners. As of the 2025-2026 school year, over 90 kindergarten enrichment scholarships and 69 preschool scholarships have been awarded in addition to other early learning supports. This is giving our children learning opportunities that would have otherwise been unattainable due to finances. The goals of SB6 are to not only close gaps that grow because of the lack of early learning opportunities but to also develop a lifelong love of learning. We want all children to have experiences with teachers and peers in enriching environments and feel as confident and empowered as possible in school and learning.
If you are interested in preschool for your child but cannot afford the cost, please submit or download the 2025-2026 application. Once you apply, a Batavia United Way team member will reach out to help coordinate a preschool that will fit your family’s needs.
